About the camping

Sollerö camping have a total of 146 pitches. Out of these is 55 season pitches. The season pitches is located over the whole area. So that season campers can help and inform guests that just have arrived and also can come with valuable tips and advice. With this placement of the campers we have avoided the feeling of ”we and them” that sometimes can occur among seasoner and guests. The pitches vary in size between 90 m³ and 135 m³ for the largest ones. The pitches have the new standard EU-connection plug for the electricity.

Down by the lake is the camping for the tents and it is equiped with solid tables and benchs.

On the site there is three service buildings.

In the receptionhouse you have toilets, but also kitchen and place to do the dish. In the kitchen you have cockingplates, owen and microwave owen. In this house you also have a laundry room with two machines and two dryers.

Service building number one have four men- and four women toilets and showers.

Service building number two have a men- and a women toilet both are handicap friendly. In this house you also have six men and women showers that is handicap friendly. There is also a kitchen that have had a face-lift. The kitchen has three dish places and have cocking plates, microwave owens and boilers.

One room in this building is for emptying the toilets.

The camping has as a neighbor the restaurant and pizzeria Jugen Jon. The restaurant is newly rebuilt after a fire that put the old building into ruins. In the restaurant you can have A la Carte and pizza and they also have all the rights to serve alkohol. If you have a membercard in Caravan club you get 5 % discount on the food.

One of the neighbors of the camping is Sollerö golfclub and their 18-hole court. Words from visitors are that it is a tough and hardplayed court, a real challange.

The camping has done a deal with the golfclub so if you are a member of Caravan club you get a 10 % discount on the greenfee-charge.
